This course covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required of a Maintenance Engineer/Technician in an Industrial/ Manufacturing workplace.
Emphasis is given to improve VFD control and efficiency, troubleshoot, reduce equipment downtime and eliminate major VFD problems. Hands-on activities with real life VFDs, input motor data, set parameters for speed controls and motor protection and diagnose fault codes. Testing and simulation of various practical applications.
• Day class: One (1) week of face-to-face training with hands-on (Minimum 2 pax)
• Night class: Two (2) weeks of face-to-face training with hands-on (Minimum 3 pax)
